This freshly renovated, stylish one bedroom apartment is in the heart of East Melbourne on Hotham Street - one of Melbourne's finest addresses with a variety of stately mansions, beautiful terrace houses and stunning apartments. The apartment is mere minutes from Melbourne's CBD and major attractions. It's ideal for professionals working in the city or at one of the nearby hospitals, or those coming to Melbourne for special events... and it's all yours.

The apartment has a brand new kitchen with Bosch appliances (cooktop, oven, dishwasher), refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster. You'll find all cooking utensils, a dinner setting and cutlery. Dining table seats four.

The living room is spacious with big windows and access to a small, secure balcony. Comfy sofa (which converts to a large single or small double bed) sits near the big screen plasma TV and desk should you need to work. The large double bed is located in the bedroom along with ample clothing storage space. Air conditioning and heating is provided for your comfort.

In the bathroom you'll find the washing machine, dryer, shower/bath and toilet. There's also an ironing board and iron. You'll love the big, white, soft and fluffy towels!
