The apartment is about 500 metres from BTS Silom line Station of Chong Nonsi.
Attractions like Lumphini Park, Bangkok Chinatown, Siam Ma Boon Khrong Center (MBK), Vibrant Silom nightlife and main Shopping Malls are less than 3 km from the Condo. Brand new Empire Shopping Mall give you access to a well furnished supermarket just around the corner.

PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and if extra guests are found in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.
We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat. Should any persons be reported smoking, or our cleaners smell smoke in the rooms an extra charge of 50 Euros will apply either to reinstate the apartment or compensate the following guests for the inconvenience caused.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if there are other reservations on the same day of your arrival/departure.

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment of Luca in december: the reception was excellent, helpfull & friendlyvery good equipment, very clean, nice view, good housekeeping and a lovely poolside, to have lunch and a swim.

Apartamento encantador, muy limpio, muy bien situado. Transporte público (metro y tranvía) a pocos metros. Supermercados cerca. Si vas en coche, puedes aparcar gratis en la calle.

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The appartment is very well located and exactly like it appears on the photos. Very clean, with everything we needed. We were welcomed by Ingrid who is very kind and gave us many good advice about things to do in Vienna. I recommend this place!

We spent New Year in Vienna, staying at Luca's wonderful flat. The flat fits the description, it is beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and nice shower room, and the location is practical (just a few metro stops from all major sights). We were warmly welcomed by Ingrid and given useful advice about the city and neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend Luca's accommodation.
For the first time a location fulfilling all our expectations! Clean, large, confortable, very well connected to the city centre.
We really appreciated the "all inclusive" approach: Wi-fi, welcome fresh fruit & cold water, coffee caps. In one word: you enter the apartment and feel at home. Many many many thanks to Ingrid!
The apartment is quite, new, clean and very well located (2min on foot to the tram station and metro station).

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit moderner Küche im 19.Bezirk. Sehr gemütlich und doch praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken hat auch wunderbar geklappt. An den öffentlichen Verkehr gut angebunden. Parkplätze sind gegen den Abend hin, Mangelware. Das ist aber das einzige Manko. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.
