The small tea-kitchen, open to the living area, is equipped with everything you need for your breakfast and has a hot-water-boiler, dishes, a dining table with two stools. The ultra-modern bathroom is decorated in black/white and has a shower with towels and hairdryer. The sleeping area is accessed via a narrow staircase (60cm) and has a double bed (140x200), and a small built-in wardrobe and various storage options. The size of the complete apartment (including bathroom and sleeping area is 18qm
There is no Parking-Fee in our residential area. The stop of the bus M41, which goes directly to Berlin Central Station "Hauptbahnhof", is in a distance about 40m.
The price includes all utility and operating costs, as well as bed linen, towels and hairdryer. During the Check-in-procedere we have to ask you, if your trip is for business or holyday. If it is just for pleasure, then you have to pay the Berlin City-Tax separately, wich is 5% of the booking price.
Normas del alojamiento1) Non smoking apartment.
2) Pets are not allowed.
3) The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. any noise shall be avoided. Parties or other events in the apartment are prohibited.
4) There are no persons are allowed to stay in the apartment, which has not been registered by Check-In-Procedere.
5) The apartment is clean and passed in refurbished condition at check in and must be returned in identical condition. As proof applies the transfer protocol, which is filled with the keys. For damage and soiling the guest is liable.
6.) By Check-In the guest has to show any form of identity-card.

It is a very modern apartment, 10min walking to the metro station, the line U6 is the most used to go to city centre, just 4 stops away. It is a small one but enought. The only wrong is that is a bit cold and at 6am when sun is shining all light comes through. Otherwise I had a great time and the apartment was so comfortable.
It has been a positive experience.
The neighborhood is so interesting and well communicated by subway.
The flat is clean and is very nice. It´s very small, the bedroom is loft over the room and bathroom, but you really have everything that you need for living there for a few days.
The owner is charming and he offers to help you in all you need.
We recommend this place.
Kay was great and greeted us on the day with the keys. The apartment is in a good location close to restaurants and all the highlights you want to see. Would stay here again!

Nice pubs/restaurants in vicinity, which are not expensive.
Berlin has lot of power and life. It is hard to imagine what will be there in 10 - 20 years, now we have seen more than 40 tower cranes in city center... Old things are nice, we can be proud or ashamed because of the history, but our responsibility is the future, and they build the future.
Clean, and Well looked after, Easy acess to s bahnn (overground City train) and glose to the center of BERLIN.
Only thing to be Award of is that the kitchen is What we in Denmark Call a "tea kitchen" there is no stove, One "hot plate" and a Sink, the fridge is equalant to a cooling box... But it Were more than enough for our needs...
The Host is friendly, and service minded. We Would love to come back.
