It´s a brand new luxury and modern apartment with huge windows and great wooden floor. Very bright apartment with completely new kitchen and bathroom with big shower. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, salon with kitchen together. There is big sofa in the salon. You can make it as a very comfortable double bed. Its perfect for 2 persons but can host up to 4.
The apartment has air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, kettle, it contains all necessary utensils.
It is very well located.
Only 2 min walk you will found Central Market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
And in 2 min walk is train stop: "Alameda Principal" if you would like to go to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola or Airport.
Only 5 min. walk to the city centre, main street (Alameda Principal ) and pedestrian street Larios. And in 10 min. walk to the Cathedral, Museum Picasso and only 10 min to the nearest beach.
It is about in 10 min walk from Train- station "María Zambrano" and bus-station.
The apartment has air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped. We will provide sheets and towels. WiFi, TV. Coffee maker.
We always meet guests in the apartment and we will provide them with maps and give information about the highlights of Malaga.
We can give you tips and advice of the city and tell you what the main highlights of the city are.
Also if you send us an email we can make you the shopping and on your arrival you will find the fridge with goods. It would be 10€ extra for the service.
Soho - the Neighbourhood of the Arts. The neighbourhood of activities in the Arts from the performing arts and theatre, photography and music. Works by artists of great national and international recognition on house walls transforming the neighbourhood into a large gallery of outdoor art. Today is not only one of the most visited places in the city, but also it is becoming one of the main tourist attractions. Perfect if you love art.
The best of this neighbourhood is that everything is just there. City buses, train and bus station. Central market, museums, bars, restaurants and beach is just 10 minutes walk.
You don't need to use public transport.
But if you want take a bus, bus-stop just 50 meters from the apartment.

Свежая уютная квартира, удобное месторасположения, тихая улица.очень понравилось.
Aucun service. Pas assez de couverts (5 verres) pour un appartement de 6. Très mal insonorisé. Une douche était bouchée. Nous avons attendu 1 heure dans la rue pour obtenir les clefs de l'appartement. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Grand appartement. Wifi de très bonne qualité. Appartement bien placé.
Apartment liegt sehr zentral, ist aber nicht allzu weit vom Strand entfernt, ca. 13 Min. zu Fuß. Nächte im Schlafbereich sehr warm trotz des großen Ventilators, ca 40 Grad in Malaga. Von daher nicht durchgängig zu empfehlen. Viele Elektrogeräte vorhanden, auch Heizung, analoger TV kaum nutzbar, CD-Player ebenfalls nicht. Terrasse zwar groß, aber mit Ausblick auf alte Spüle, ausrangierte Waschmaschine, zerlegten Bürostuhl und alten Staubsauger. Zweitschlüssel für das Apartment nicht nutzbar.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral, fast alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Dadurch ist die Straße sehr belebt, was man eben auch hört.
Küche auch gut ausgestatten und alles war sehr sauber.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung ist gross, renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Da die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer (mit offener Küche) nicht auf warm gestellt werden konnte, erhielten wir zwei kleine Heizkörper, die wir abwechselnd in den Bädern und den Schlafzimmern laufen liessen.
Die Lage ist gut, alles zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der Vermieter ist entgegenkommend und unkompliziert, sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.
Ein schönes Apartement, aber leider sehr hellhörige Wände, was insbesondere zeitig am Morgen sehr störend ist. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Vermieter, konnten sogar die Schlüssel bei Abreise in der Wohnung lassen.

I will divide the review in what was good and what was bad.
Very fast response time from Pedro on both Wimdu and through cellphone contact. He (or his wife) were always available. Convenient arrangement of taxi from and to the airport, never had to worry about transportation. Quick introduction to the apartment, a quick guide to malaga listed in a bullet point list that Pedro left for us in the apartment. Very close to the city pulse of malaga and the beach but still "local" enough not to feel like a tourist area.
Read the Review from "Yvonne" posted on September 2016. It's spot on. In listed form:
1. The apartment floor was really dirty on arrival. We spent 30 minutes mopping the floor. For an apartment listing that has "cleaning" included in the fee it makes you wonder what the definition of cleaning is.
2. The bed sheets were dirty, one of my friends found black hairs in his sheets and he's blonde. The mattresses were also dirty, you could see the stains on them.
3. We were forewarned about the air conditioner leaking a bit of water etc and that we had to wipe the table now and then to avoid water damaging it. What we didn't expect was basically a torrent of water issuing down from the air conditioner. We had to put a bucket under the air conditioner to collect all the water and we emptied the bucket 3 times during our 6 day stay. That shouldn't be an issue given what is charged for the stay.
4. We had to manually kill the safety switch to the stove and oven when not in use as the large hob couldn't be turned of. It automatically went to max as soon as the switch was left on. We had to put a cooking pan with water on the hob just to prevent it from running dry when warming the morning coffee ie.
5. Lastly, and not that big of a deal for me personally, was our little ant problem. We had a train of ants going in between the two bathrooms. For people that dislike ants this could be a problem.
Now I don't mean to be all negative. Personally, we only spent time in the apartment to sleep and shower in between our excursions into the city. We didn't have that high demands in the first place. But the apartment should atleast be clean and have the utilites that you paid for in working order. As it stands I would not rent the apartment again until the issues are fixed.
I would offer a note of caution to those considering booking this apartment : firstly Pedro "the contact"who supplies his picture with friend (which would imply an " attachment" to the apartment) is in fact a property manager for over 140 rentals in the city of Malaga and clearly knew very little about the apartment. Yes he is helpful in advising routes into the old city but beyond that very little else. Secondly the apartment, had not been cleaned, old and stained bed linen ( which Pedro did agree to change) floors covered in dust etc. and the Sun terrace ( interestingly receives very little sun due to the number of surrounding high rise buildings) was covered in bird excrement and lathered in muck and the furniture was stained and imbedded with dirt which looked as though cleaning was not a regular activity. Now Wimdu how do they fair? they don't shine too well in our experience we wanted to complain about the state of the apartment but their response was much delayed and extremely weak ( sort it out with your host! ) so we faced a choice walk out or clean up! so we spend 2 hours cleaning- not the ideal way to start a Holiday. A word on Air conditioning which Wimdu claim the apartment has - well its an old floor- standing noisy old thing which needed the condenser emptied every 2/3 hours and proved to be no match to the searing temperatures of a summer in Spain. lastly I have no idea who reviewed this apartment and have doubts to the authenticity of comments made e.g. someone refers to a bar underneath the apartment selling 100's of beers ! guess what no bars within a mile of the apartment. So fellow travellers BEWARE before booking my comments are genuine - lets see if they are published.
